- Academic Penalties: You receive a poor grade or are penalized by your institution for submitting the Deliverable, as we do not guarantee specific grades and our work is intended as a reference tool, not to be submitted as your own.
- New Requirements: You request significant changes or additions to the original Order brief after the work has been completed.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: In your request, clearly state your Order ID, the reasons for your dissatisfaction, and any supporting evidence (e.g., the original instructions and the Deliverable).

- Resolution: We will communicate our decision and the proposed resolution to you within a reasonable time frame (e.g., 5-7 business days). If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
